Our Criteria
- Leadership & Strategy
- Clear DEI mission or values statement endorsed by executive leadership.
- A named DEI lead or committee responsible for progress and accountability.
- Workforce Representation
- Demonstrated efforts to diversify hiring pipelines and leadership teams.
- Internal tracking of workforce demographics (race, gender, etc.) with goals for improvement.
- Inclusion & Belonging Practices
- At least one annual inclusion or unconscious bias training for all staff.
- Active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Formal feedback mechanisms to assess psychological safety and employee belonging.
- Policies & Equity
- Transparent pay equity analysis and corrective actions (if needed).
